Front Range Expertise
Real Career Growth
A Team That Operates the Right Way
Local Work in the Community You Live In
Working on Aurora HVAC systems at 5,400 feet teaches you things about altitude calibration, refrigerant charge adjustment and combustion efficiency that flat-land training doesn't cover. The altitude-specific knowledge you develop working on Colorado Front Range systems is genuinely transferable expertise — it makes you a more capable technician in any market, not just Aurora. We invest in training that produces this depth rather than technicians who can swap components without understanding why.
HVAC is one of the most consistently in-demand trades in the Denver metro area — Colorado's dual-season climate, the rapid residential growth in Aurora and surrounding communities and the aging housing stock across the metro produce a service demand that doesn't slow down. Peak Air Solutions is growing consistently and the people who grow with us from the beginning are the ones who move into senior roles as the company expands. We promote from within rather than hiring externally for positions our existing team has earned.
We don't recommend repairs customers don't need. We don't give verbal quotes we can't stand behind. We don't cut corners on altitude calibration because it takes longer to do correctly. If these are the standards you want to work to — they're the standards the entire Peak Air Solutions team holds across every job in Aurora and surrounding communities.
Our work is concentrated across Aurora and the surrounding Denver Front Range — the same community most of our team lives in. No long commutes to distant job sites and no work that feels disconnected from where you actually live. Local work, local team, local accountability to the community Marcus built this company to serve.
